Over the 5-year period Skilset Communications was the agency of record for MullinTBG, we helped develop and deliver a variety of internal communications pieces. All elements reinforced the move toward ‘humanizing’ the brand. Thus the participant materials evolved from information overload and technical jargon to become a verbally and visually friendly, easily understood and easily navigated set of tools. Beyond messaging and materials development as in the participant tools or creating messages and documents describing an entire sales distribution model change, we were able to humanize the brand in terms of brand behaviors as well. We took all of the brand personality attributes and expressed how they are demonstrated behaviorally such that every employee could see their relationship to the brand, the client experience, and how they contribute to the overall success of their company.
