Everyone isn’t a right-fit for every situation – in work or in personal relationships. For you to live authentically and congruently, you need to know who you are and what’s important to you.
Identifying your purpose and letting that guide the choices you make – the choices that create your brand – will help you to effortlessly be your authentic self and attract others to you that are in complete alignment with you.
One of the key questions I am asked time and again is, “Why is it so difficult for people to identify their purpose?” I have concluded after thousands of interactions there are three key reasons:
1. We are looking in the wrong direction – outside rather than within.
2. It appears it is just “who we are” – so much so that we often don’t even see it.
3. We don’t seem to value it – even if we do recognize it.
The answer to identifying our purpose lies in an internal journey of discovery.
