How many of you struggle with engagement survey scores? One way to ensure you are engaging with your people is to make it about them. For example, I customize every program I deliver based on pre-information about the specific individuals that will be participating in a workshop. Have you ever heard the phrase, “Enough about you, more about me”?
When you make it about them, people are engaged. Here are just three off-the-cuff comments coming from participants in our recent workshop where the content was tailored to them:
